Hello
guys, my name is Ana. Once that I was the first of my team to join this
new world I will start to talk about my first impressions!
I was
lucky because I arrived in August and my friend (Isabel), already a volunteer in
this city, introduced me to everyone and showed me around! Thus, I had the opportunity to meet a big part of the
volunteers in August and immediately created
empathy with everyone. It
is a small town and there is not much to do around, but I fell
in love; I really like the nature around.
Concerning
the house, could not be happier! I really like it and also my flatmates, they
are very organized and clean and cook very well! Feels like home in here with them. I share the room and I feel good about that, I do not feel that I have lost my
privacy, I think it helps on that the fact that I share it with Isabel.
Also
in August I had the privilege to join the Isabel´s project colleagues going to visit a Rroma community, it was an incredible experience.
Then I traveled (Bulgaria,
Turkey, Moldova, Ukraine), but that's another story! Lets jump that part!
